Job Summary Responsible for developing and providing technical and operational training for the dealership network, as well as monitoring new products in the field (NPI) for self‑knowledge and development of technical training material. Will also be responsible for updating these materials whenever there are changes. Key Responsibilities Setting up technical material (trainings) about AGCO products (agriculture machines) Delivering technical trainings for dealers Delivering trainings for dealer multipliers (train the trainer) Delivering trainings for internal departments AGCO (train the trainer) Visit to customers (retail and prime) Monitoring new products in the field to develop material for trainings (NPI) Support department in projects Monitoring with Customer Support department for improvement opportunities to deliver more quality in our trainings Experience and Qualifications Completed college degree ideally in technical career (mechanical engineering, agronomy) Handle conflict; easy going; able to speak in public Speak English and/or Portuguese is a differential and desirable (intermediate level) Previous experience with dealer training and technical training about agriculture machinery Able to travel (40% of the time) Driver’s license – able to deliver technical training at dealer, customer or internal sites Medical and dental assistance Meal and food vouchers Life insurance PROPAR Others Your place of work This position is based in General Rodríguez, ARG.
