We're seeking a T‑shaped, growth‑focused marketing professional to own our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a smart, adaptable marketer with B2B SaaS experience who can produce diverse content types and drive measurable growth. What you will do Create educational and marketing content: blog articles, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, case studies, YouTube videos, knowledge base articles Manage weekly webinars Manage monthly newsletters and email marketing campaigns Oversee channel partners, co‑marketing opportunities, and influencer relationships Track, analyze, and report on PPC performance across Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube Set goals and manage existing marketing channels; perform data analysis and report on performance across all channels Develop tests for new marketing channels Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing in companies in the $2-5k Annual Contract Value range Proven track record of the educational and marketing content creation Data analysis skills and reporting capabilities Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in PPC management and analytics Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), background in HR technology or recruitment industry Experience with AI tools for content creation Track record of growing SaaS businesses What We Offer Salary: $1,800 - $2,800 USD per month Fully remote work environment, flexible working hours As the company grows, you can step into a Team Lead role.
