About the client: Our client is a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm handling a high volume of cases. The firm is committed to providing compassionate, responsive, and professional legal support to individuals during difficult times. Client experience and timely communication are a top priority. About the role: We are seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, qualifying potential cases, collecting accurate client information, and supporting the intake and legal teams. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling sensitive personal injury matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. U.S. law firm experience is required. Personal Injury intake experience is strongly preferred. What you’ll be doing: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Conduct initial intake screenings to determine case eligibility. Ask structured intake questions related to personal injury matters. Accurately document client information in the case management system. Schedule attorney consultations and follow up with potential clients. Follow intake scripts, workflows, and compliance procedures. Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and case managers. Escalate urgent or sensitive matters to the appropriate team members. Who are we looking for? 1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, call center, or administrative roles. Prior experience working with a U.S. law firm (required). Personal injury intake experience (strong plus). Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive cases. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Comfortable following scripts, checklists, and structured workflows. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
