About the Role We’re looking for a MDF Project Manager to join our team at Openprovider If you're organised, detail‑driven, and love running smooth, effective campaigns — especially in a global, remote environment — we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you'll own the execution of MDF campaigns from start to finish, ensuring our partners experience seamless delivery, clear ROI, and timely follow‑through. Your work will empower our Partnership Manager to focus on strategic growth and relationship expansion — while you make things happen on the ground. MDF stands for Marketing Development Funds . These are funds provided by us, to support our resellers in growing their business. We receive these funds from our registry partners and suppliers, and pass them to our resellers for marketing initiatives that can help drive more sales and expand your reach. The goal is to help them succeed while increasing awareness and sales of the products we offer, particularly domain registrations, but we can potentially provide MDFs for any of our products. When campaigns are well‑executed, everyone benefits: resellers grow their revenue, suppliers gain market share, and we strengthen the ecosystem. It’s a win‑win across the entire supply chain. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Coordinate deliverables, timelines and stakeholders to ensure every MDF campaign meets partner expectations and internal quality standards. Contract Administration: Draft, route and archive MDF contracts with minimal errors, meeting the 48‑hour SLA (Service Level Agreement) Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for campaign follow‑ups, maintaining timely, professional communication with both internal teams and partners. Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present clear post‑campaign reports with performance metrics and actionable insights. Project Leadership: Lead internal stand‑ups/check‑ins, track tasks in Asana/HubSpot, and elevate bottlenecks proactively. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise campaign execution or reporting and drive implementation. What We’re Looking For Strong project management & organisational skills; Experience of working in the B2B Tech sector; Precise, detail‑oriented working style; Proven experience in client communication & stakeholder management; English fluency (spoken & written); Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) for reporting; Proactive issue identification and follow‑through. Nice‑to‑Have Dutch or Spanish proficiency. Experience facilitating business‑deal execution or MDF/channel programs. Sales experience. Confidence presenting outcomes to internal & external stakeholders. Familiarity with AI or BI tools for data analysis. Knowledge of the domain/hosting industry & supply‑chain dynamics.
