Coupa Consultant

About the role As a Coupa Functional Support Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the smooth operation of procurement and sourcing processes through the Coupa system. You will be a valued member of the Procurement Technology Enablement team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain compliance and efficiency. In this role, you will: Provide functional support for tasks related to the procurement cycle within Coupa. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues and requests. Participate in basic configuration and functional adjustments of the system. Document processes and create training materials for end-users. Train end-users and suppliers to ensure proper system usage. Work model: This is a hybrid position requiring X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in San Salvador, El Salvador. What you need to have to be considered: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations. Strong functional knowledge of procurement processes (requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier management). Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (Coupa will be taught during the project). Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. These will help you stand out: Experience with tools such as Ariba, SAP MM, or other procurement solutions. Ability to create training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
