Your Role: Add to an engineering team and culture with a strong bias for impact and getting stuff out into the world Our team loves to ship software we are looking for passionate collaborators who love to build, and use technology to solve complex problems Bring expertise, opinions and technical leadership to influence technology selection, systems design and software development practice Communicate clearly and persuasively to influence outcomes and inspire action Contribute fresh ideas and a growth mindset to elevate standards for code quality, testing, deployment and developer mentorship Bring something new to our small R&D team help us continue to raise the skill, knowledge and experience level of our team This role involves both hands-on technical work and high-level problem-solving.
