Learn more about Frost & Sullivan: Responsibilities Domain Expertise – Become a thought leader in the digital content services team, delivering value via strategic research, client engagement, global press, and social media outreach. Intellectual Property and Strategic Evaluation – Develop actionable, strategic, insightful, up-to-date market intelligence and reports based on primary and secondary market research on technologies and services in the digital content services industry. Secondary Responsibilities Business Development – Maintain relationships with global digital content services players by participating in briefings and conducting business needs analysis for Frost & Sullivan clients under guidance. Consulting Engagement – Contribute to industrial technologies consulting projects, demonstrate specialist knowledge, and apply defined research and analytical practices in a team-focused environment. Required Competencies We’re looking for candidates who are: Essential A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in business marketing, market research, economics, journalism, or technology. 2-3 years of experience in the related industry (preferred). At least 3 years of analyst/consulting experience within a Consulting and/or Advisory services business. Ability to research and write a coherent story in proper English. Foundational understanding of consulting/research/investigative journalism methodologies and business modelling (primary/secondary research, coherent story development). Foundational understanding of the digital content services industry. Desire and enthusiasm to build expertise in the digital content services domain and become a respected thought leader among global vendors. Ability to network and manage vendor relationships; proactive in staying relevant. Enthusiasm for supporting business development initiatives. Analytical thinking with strong written and verbal communication skills and business-level English fluency. Willingness to develop public presentation skills for audiences and video. Confidence to present work to peers or clients and defend analyses calmly and professionally. Team player mindset for collaborative professional development.
