El rol de Learning Associate se centra en la supervisión y ejecución de clases de Educación Profesional Continua (CPE) que son ofrecidas por la empresa. Este puesto implica trabajar en colaboración con el negocio para asegurar que el contenido de las clases cumpla con los criterios establecidos por la NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) y que se apliquen principios de aprendizaje para adultos. Además, el Supervising Learning Associate supervisa un equipo de Senior Learning Associates, gestionando sus actividades diarias y escalando problemas al gerente según sea necesario. Responsabilidades Clave Supervisión del Equipo: Gestionar y asignar Senior Learning Associates a casos, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y se mantenga un informe de backlog actualizado. Gestión de Clases CPE: Administrar un portafolio diverso de presentaciones de clases CPE, colaborando con múltiples patrocinadores y líneas de servicio. Revisión de Contenido: Evaluar el contenido de las clases para la pre-aprobación de CPE, asegurando que se adhiera a la lista de verificación de NASBA y a los principios de aprendizaje para adultos. Asesoramiento: Proporcionar dirección a los patrocinadores de aprendizaje y partes interesadas sobre la modalidad adecuada y las plataformas tecnológicas para la entrega de clases. Auditoría y Mejora: Realizar auditorías de las presentaciones de clases CPE y ofrecer coaching adicional a los miembros del equipo según sea necesario. Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y resolver desafíos y problemas potenciales de manera proactiva. Requisitos Nivel C1 de inglés. De 3 a 5 años o más de experiencia relevante.
