Overview Crypto.com – Partnerships Business Development Manager (Argentina). The institutional sales team provides an opportunity to own and build institutional/high-net-worth clientele, guiding them from onboarding to first crypto instrument and beyond with customized products. This role focuses on creating and managing partnerships with Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers to expand presence in high-value segments. Responsibilities Identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders to attract first-time depositors and trades. Identify and develop new partnerships with Brokers and enhance the broker program; maintain and grow relationships with current brokers. Identify VIP clients and maintain ongoing contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs; provide timely, satisfactory customer service and issue resolution, liaising with internal teams and offering improvement recommendations to management. Keep up with trends on social media and within the blockchain influencer community. Attend conferences and engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to increase product awareness. Conduct community outreach to expand the institutional footprint; participate in crypto community gatherings and meetings. Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space. Draft and close client or partnership agreements; maintain ongoing contact and track client feedback for product improvements. Requirements Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local market with existing relationships or knowledge of influential figures; network within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers. 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/Web3/blockchain; 2+ years in selling financial products. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position. Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing and monetizing relationships with clients or partners; ability to drive business results and draft documentation and agreements. Excellent command of professional written and oral English; writing and presentation samples are welcome. Salary range: €80,000 - €100,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
