As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Customer Experience Specialist with hands-on experience in Shopify and ticketing systems to join our growing Customer Experience team. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, fulfilment, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities Manage, categorise, and resolve tickets efficiently using ticketing platform. Process order updates, refunds, exchanges, and tracking requests via Shopify. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for process improvements. Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer insights to improve service quality. Identify trends in customer queries and proactively suggest solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in an eCommerce or D2C customer service role. Proficiency with ticketing systems. Strong written communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality and empathy. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
