About The Role As an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager you will manage several campaigns for key and new clients. From start to finish you serve as the main point of contact for the client and for the Monks team members during execution. The role is designed for independent professionals, allowing you to contribute to different projects depending on workload and client needs, rather than a fixed full‑time position. You will lead various campaigns, working alongside specialists in growth, strategy, creatives, production, account management, paid social, and more. These teams are international and may require flexible scheduling. Throughout the campaign execution you will manage collaborations for a key brand and account, requiring ongoing influencer strategy and long‑term partnership management. You will oversee casting, outreach, negotiating, contracting, briefing, content reviews, campaign launches, and reporting stages of our influencer campaigns—taking the lead from A‑Z. Strong leadership, communication, account management, budget oversight, and client relationship building are essential. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for accounts on a project basis Build strong relationships with clients during campaign execution Maintain day‑to‑day contact with our clients Run campaigns with the oversight of senior team members Be responsible for budget management on your running campaigns Be responsible for on‑time delivery of your campaigns Lead and monitor finance tracking from start to finish, requesting/submitting invoices, managing junior team responsibilities to ensure all payments are made on time Responsible for the execution, management and quality control of your campaigns Casting and vetting of influencer selects presented to clients Develop and adjust influencer strategies on an ongoing basis for optimal performance Review the influencer selection and write briefs for your campaigns Reach‑out to influencers—including celebrities, creators, artists, etc.—and lead all negotiations with them (written and calls) Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign KPIs are met Develop influencer contracts (along with the Legal department) Develop content planning and review creative content Ensure optimal communication within the campaign teams at all stages of the campaign Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout execution Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on‑set productions Contribute to and monitor the completion of Final Reports Add cumulative learnings, recommendations and key insights based on the performance of the project Work cross‑functionally with Data, Paid Media & Strategy teams to review and finalize reporting Experience You Already Have 3-5 years work experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency Strong experience creating and managing influencer marketing campaigns across all social platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and advertising Strong competencies in campaign and account management Experience with influencer marketing tools (Captiv8, Traackr, HypeAuditor, Taggr, Signals, TribeDynamics, etc.) A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team Excellent problem solving skills, high levels of accuracy, and attention to detail A structured way of working with excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality content Negotiation skills Experience in budget management and tracking Fluent in English and/or additional languages is a plus Monks is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people.
