We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Buenos Aires office.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves talking to people all day, every day; is obsessively organized; and wants hands-on experience in people operations within a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Own and execute full-cycle People Operations processes from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. Act as a reliable point of contact for operational requests, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping processes moving with minimal oversight. Maintain and improve HRIS data, employee records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions. Support payroll and global compliance activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and stakeholders on people-related questions. Work closely with the People Operations Manager to help refine processes and tools as the business evolves. Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and help implement practical, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or similar roles supporting a growing, global team. Comfort taking ownership of work independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience
with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Deel preferred) and familiarity with payroll or people data processes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and time zones. A flexible, practical approach and the ability to adapt as priorities evolve.
