About You Experience in remote, entrepreneurial environments and 3+ years in operations or systems management. Systems-oriented, workflow-thinking, and document-loving. Fluent in ClickUp, Airtable, Make, Softr, and modern operations tools. Well-versed in AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude and excited about automation. Resourceful, reliable, and communicate clearly. Comfortable adapting to evolving operational needs and environments. Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations or systems management within a fast-paced, remote environment. Proven experience managing operational systems, technology infrastructure, software tools, and data workflows. Experience in community or people management is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or additional qualifications in operations or tech management are a bonus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across teams and departments. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships. Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and integrating them into workflows. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Willingness to travel for business and industry events.
