Let’s see if you have the skills we’re looking for :) Esprinet Italy is looking for a JUNIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST FOR A FIXED TERM CONTRACT (12 MONTHS) (1–2 years of PQE) with a strong ethic of work, passion for ICT, specialized in Civil and Contractual Law , who is interested in training and professional growth, to be placed within the legal department of the parent company. Responsibilities Support in the drafting and review of international commercial contracts with clients and vendors and in the analysis of related legal issues. Study and analysis of contractual documentation relating to public and private tenders. Support in pre‑litigation and litigation management. Monitor BPM platforms and their evolution so that they are always aligned with the Group's needs and adopted methodologies. Monitor compliance with budgets, timeframes, contractual conditions and regulations of the different projects. Ensuring consistent and ongoing alignment among the different stakeholders involved in the processes (both the company departments involved in the projects and the external consultants). Study of relevant legislation and support in drafting legal opinions. Drafting and updating procedures and file management. Qualifications Master's Degree in Italian Law (LMG‑01) Previous internship experience within law firms or in legal departments of structured companies (1–2 years PQE). Good knowledge of procurement regulations. Knowledge of regulations on purchasing and contracting of goods and services and passion for the ICT sector. Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written B2) required to attend meetings in English, understand and draft correspondence and documents. Knowledge of Spanish or French considered a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate at different levels. Ability to work in an international team. Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan work within deadlines. Autonomy, pro‑activity and lateral thinking. Demonstrated ability to work towards objectives with persistent determination. Ability to listen, research and manage information, analyse situations and prepare a synthesis. Confidentiality, reliability, respect for rules, ethics.
