What the day will look like Leading data automatization projects and data entry team. Understand the data entry process: extract the key information needed for the modeling. Location information (coordinates, geocoding data), construction type, occupancy of each risk, number of stories and year built. Policy information: limits, deductibles, dates, sums insured, etc. Become familiar with RMS platforms in order to properly understand risks characteristics impact in Cat modeling. How this opportunity is different Take advantage of the opportunity to be part of a coordinated team, having contact with different internal, multicultural teams and various learning and development possibilities Skills and experience that will lead to success Actuarial or Programming Degree. 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on business intelligence in a professional services environment. 2+ years of experience leading data analysis projects and teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis and scripting languages. Leadership skills. Databricks experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Interest on AI tools.
