About the role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is Spanish speaker , fluent in English, and eager to work across our litigation practice areas, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, and mandamus litigation. Working hours for this role align with the Pacific Time Zone, between 09:00 and 17:00 PT. What you'll do Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to gather facts, documents, updates, and ongoing case information, Draft legal documents, declarations, letters, notices, and case summaries for attorney review, Assist with pre-litigation and litigation tasks including evidence collection, medical records requests, demand package preparation, and court-related filings, Support mandamus litigation by organizing case timelines, drafting supporting statements, and coordinating with clients regarding delays in asylum or family-based applications, Assist with workers’ compensation matters, including forms, medical treatment follow-up, and benefits tracking, Coordinate with co-counsel and out-of-state attorneys for personal injury matters, Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and documentation within firm systems, Provide regular case updates to the team leader and attorneys, Ensure a smooth and supportive client experience throughout the entire case lifecycle. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Minimum 2 years of experience in this field, Prior experience as a Litigation, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, or Immigration Paralegal preferred, Strong legal research skills and the ability to efficiently find, analyze, and interpret relevant information, Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases at once, Comfortable working U.S. business hours or overlapping with U.S. Pacific Time, Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and patience. Nice to have Experience with mandamus litigation or federal court filings, Familiarity with personal injury case management systems, medical records, and demand preparation, Ability to work with minimal supervision, Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied case types.
