From day one, you will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations and an ongoing impact on our overall growth. Core Responsibilities Manage user access controls and permissions in adherence to security policies. Take ownership of projects, solutions, and pivotal responsibilities within broader business initiatives. Address business‑critical IT tasks and systems administration. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software solutions. Maintain meticulous hardware and software inventory records. Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to drive informed business decisions. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of network components, remaining abreast of new features and competitive solutions. Continuously assess existing processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas for enhancement. Generate cost‑benefit analysis reports for necessary upgrades, while consistently evaluating vendors for optimal service and value. Provide software and hardware training, troubleshooting, and technical support as required. Develop and execute disaster procedures, and manage data backups effectively. Desired Skills/Experience Experience with Zoho Platform and Intune. Experience handling different operating systems like Microsoft, macOS and Linux. In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles and best practices. Additional certifications in ITIL, or similar technologies is a plus. Cloud computing, DevOps and datacenter knowledge is a plus. Requirements C1+ English Level is a must. Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science. Proven experience in IT management. Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, CRM, and other Windows‑based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring. Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions. Proven leadership skills. Strong creative and analytical thinking.
