Paid Social Strategist Power Digital Marketing Company Overview Power Digital Marketing is a tech‑enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting, and data intelligence. We help global brands ignite revenue and brand recognition through best‑in‑class services such as SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic, and more. Our proprietary technology, Nova, analyzes businesses through first‑party data to simplify media investment planning and elevate marketing strategy. Responsibilities Own and execute the full performance, strategy, and growth of paid social accounts from A‑Z. Lead optimization and tactical execution on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, with a heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta. Collaborate with creative, organic, and influencer teams to maintain best‑in‑class channel execution. Produce and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Communicate weekly performance and strategy updates to clients via email, calls, or Slack. \lUtilize AI technologies and Nova ecosystem to enhance campaign processes and reporting. Mentor junior talent and contribute to a constructive team environment. Qualifications 1‑2 years of digital marketing experience; agency background preferred. 1+ year of Meta Ads and TikTok ads experience in direct‑response campaigns; additional platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) a plus. 1+ year of paid social strategy leadership for direct‑response marketing, including eCommerce and B2B. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms. Excellent Excel knowledge and ability to create advanced dashboards.
