Join our Talent Discovery team in Buenos Aires as a Junior Consultant and support key talent processes while developing your sourcing and selection skills. We are looking for a proactive team player who can help identify, attract, and evaluate talent across the digital market. Your Impact & Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end selection funnel, contributing from initial profile kick-off to final placement under the guidance of senior team members. Strategic Sourcing: Assist in defining search strategies, provide market input to Hiring Managers, and help ensure cultural and technical fit. Operational Excellence: Manage candidate communications and tracking throughout the funnel and help ensure compliance with TD processes. Data-Driven Decisions: Help design, analyze, and present reports to monitor process health, identify deviations, and recommend improvements.
