The Role As a Creative Content & Design Specialist , you will create compelling visual, written, and video content that strengthens brand awareness, supports demand generation, and enhances the company’s digital footprint. You’ll manage social media content, email communications, and the brand’s asset library—while championing the use of AI tools to accelerate production and creative experimentation. Key Responsibilities Design graphics, templates, email visuals, social media assets, and animations using Canva or similar tools. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains strong visual hierarchy. Produce visual assets for blogs, whitepapers, guides, and partner materials. Plan, edit, and publish videos: explainers, product demos, webinar highlights, social‑ready clips. Manage captions, transcripts, metadata, and distribution across platforms. Repurpose long‑form webinars/events into digestible short‑form content. Maintain brand consistency across colors, fonts, and visual standards. Organize, update, and manage the company’s asset library, templates, and co‑brandable partner materials. Own the social content calendar across LinkedIn and Reddit (primary channels). Create, schedule, and publish posts; monitor engagement and recommend improvements. Create newsletters, partner communications, and campaign emails. Repurpose content for cross‑channel distribution. Create visuals for paid ads, webinars, guides, and nurture flows. Assist in planning and organizing webinars and online events. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content supports lead generation goals. Champion the use of AI tools for content drafting, translation, repurposing, and research. Experiment with new formats and share best practices for speed and quality improvements. Ideal Candidate 2+ years in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation. Expert in Canva and proficient in video tools such as Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Experience managing content calendars and posting across LinkedIn and Reddit (preferred). Strong writing skills and ability to simplify technical topics. Experience with captioning, transcription, and accessibility‑friendly video formatting. Strong sense of brand consistency and visual hierarchy. Organized, detail‑oriented, highly creative, and collaborative. Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a small, agile team. Familiarity with AI tools for writing, translation, and design. Preferred: B2B SaaS, MSP experience, HubSpot familiarity, German language skills (B2+).
