Job Summary This Warehouse & Transportation Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities related to warehouse management and product transportation for a Medical Device Company, ensuring products are stored and transported efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable standards, quality, and local regulations. You Will Be Responsible for Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipments of medical products. Ensure proper identification, classification, and labeling of products in accordance with company standards and local regulations. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory of all store products, conducting regular counts. Plan and coordinate transportation operations for medical products, ensuring timely and secure delivery of orders. Oversee proper packaging of our product and preparation of shipment documentation requirements. Responsible for the budget for the department. Ensure 3PL achievement of all quality requirements. Conduct periodic risk assessments and establish preventive measures to ensure employee safety and productivity. Supervise and train warehouse and transportation staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively and safely. Assign and distribute tasks according to operational needs, optimizing the use of available resources. Maintain and improve warehouse and transportation management systems and technologies, actively seeking opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. Previous experience of at least 6 years in warehouse and transportation management, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry. In‑depth knowledge of regulations and standards related to the storage and transportation of medical products. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and transportation management software specific to the market. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and cost efficiency. Location Buenos Aires, Argentina #J-18808-Ljbffr
