Resumen del Puesto Estamos en búsqueda de un Ingeniero Senior de Operaciones de Seguridad para unirse al equipo de seguridad de una destacada empresa estadounidense de servicios blockchain. Este rol implica mejorar y gestionar las operaciones de seguridad y capacidades de respuesta ante incidentes. El candidato ideal debe combinar ejecución estratégica y táctica, experiencia técnica, y la capacidad de liderar iniciativas críticas y sensibles al tiempo. Se valorará un alto grado de comunicación, proactividad, trabajo en equipo y sentido de propiedad para reforzar la postura de seguridad de la organización. Desarrollar técnicas de detección para eventos de seguridad, actividades anómalas, ataques a la disponibilidad del sistema y riesgos de integridad del entorno (abuso de productos y fraude). Implementar y operar procedimientos completos para incidentes de seguridad: preparación, detección y análisis, contención, erradicación, recuperación y análisis post-incidente. Configurar y mantener controles de seguridad perimetral como WAF, firewalls, soluciones Zero Trust y protecciones contra ataques DDoS. Centralizar registros de seguridad desde hosts internos y recursos en la nube. Implementar y gestionar herramientas de escaneo de vulnerabilidades y configuraciones. Diseñar, probar y automatizar pipelines para parches de seguridad. Apoyar proyectos como modelado de amenazas, auditorías, automatización y desarrollo de herramientas personalizadas. Asesorar a equipos de ingeniería y operaciones sobre capacidades de detección, investigación y respuesta ante amenazas. Fomentar relaciones interfuncionales para promover mejores prácticas en seguridad. Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado. Más de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de seguridad, gestión de incidentes y ciberseguridad. Experiencia en roles Blue Team con enfoque en estrategias defensivas y mitigación de amenazas. Pasión por la tecnología Web3/blockchain (experiencia previa en la industria es un plus). Conocimiento profundo en detección de amenazas, automatización de controles, gestión de vulnerabilidades, seguridad en redes y soluciones SIEM. Experiencia manejando incidentes como accesos no autorizados, DDoS, XSS, phishing, spam y abuso de servicios. Habilidades analíticas y resolución creativa de problemas con enfoque estratégico. Experiencia avanzada en la gestión de hosts Linux. Dominio en Bash y Python; experiencia en desarrollo con Go. Conocimiento en Infraestructura como Código (IaC), preferiblemente con Ansible y Terraform (se aceptan Salt, Puppet o Chef). Experiencia con proveedores en la nube como Oracle, AWS, Azure y Google Cloud.
