Demand Planning Specialist – Role We are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist with retail and eCommerce industry experience, strong demand planning expertise, and SQL skills to join our Operations team. The position focuses on driving demand & inventory levels as a communication vector between Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, leading projects/squads, and guaranteeing the recurrent automation of processes. Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities Own reports of forecast and inventory level, continuously improving plans and visibility. Serve as the KPI analytical lead, ensuring weekly reporting is shared company‑wide. Communicate effectively on multiple product launches, best‑seller sales trends, and demand forecasts, including risk mitigation plans. Plan, propose, and follow up on BI‑team dashboards that empower and inform inventory levels across all 3PLs. Track factory production lead times and national brand replenishment. Manage clearance strategy for high‑inventory products. Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in demand planning (Retail and/or fashion/apparel e‑commerce a plus). Strong SQL and Tableau skills. Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, databases). Upper‑intermediate English (verbal and written). Experience with Google Docs. Outstanding interpersonal, practical, goal‑oriented, and analytical skills. Experience working with marketing, merchandise, and technology teams simultaneously a plus.
