Performance-Driven PPC Specialist Located in the vibrant heart of Miami Beach, our digital marketing agency is at the forefront of innovative strategies, serving the dynamic roofing and construction industry. As we continue to expand, we are in search of a seasoned PPC Specialist to lead our Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) campaigns and strategies to new heights. Requirements Proven experience as a PPC Director or similar leadership role within a digital marketing agency. Expert knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics). Strong understanding of the roofing and construction industry market dynamics and digital marketing needs. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to translate analysis into actionable insights. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and engaging with clients. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in PPC or digital marketing are highly desirable. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies that align with our clients’ business goals, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize this data to make informed decisions that drive campaign success. Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI, adjusting spend based on performance metrics and industry trends. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and adjust PPC strategies accordingly. Present performance reports and insights in a clear and impactful manner. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest PPC trends, tools, and technologies, integrating innovative practices and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
