Summary Of Position The Senior, Software Engineer is responsible for architecting, designing, and developing custom solutions to provide scalable, reliable, and secure solutions adhering to the software development lifecycle. This role performs peer code reviews and ensures adherence to best practices and development standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Design, build, and implement high‑quality software solutions. Establish technical direction for projects and delegate responsibilities. Address escalated technical issues and ensure smooth operations. Contribute to company‑level best practices and standards. Mentor team members and promote emerging technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years in software engineering roles. Strong experience in .NET development. Proficiency in SQL/MySQL or similar relational databases. Experience with Test‑Driven Development and writing unit/integration tests. Knowledge of CI/CD systems and cloud environments. Familiarity with design patterns and software best practices. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Java (a plus). Behaviour‑Driven Development suite. Agile/Scrum development process. Knowledge of emerging technologies and software trends.
