Job Description At Randstad Digital , we are looking for an IT GRC TPRM Manager - Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions. Employment Type: Permanent Work Model: Full-time, 100% remote. Key Responsibilities Lead risk assessments and security audits against established information security requirements. Evaluate controls, identify findings and remediation plans. Execute and manage TPRM tasks with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all activities are completed within defined timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical risks into clear, business‑focused language. Analyze risk data and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights. Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business priorities. Utilize risk management and GRC tools, such as Archer and ServiceNow, to support all core functions. Maintain a mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and staying current with emerging threats and technologies. Preferred Certifications Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Benefits Annual performance bonus.
