Opportunity An exciting opportunity for a Senior Research Analyst based in Buenos Aires to support the growth of the Digital Content Services research team. This role involves developing insightful strategic research, supporting client engagements, and some business development activities. Frost & Sullivan has spent 60 years guiding clients toward transformational growth strategies driven by disruptive technologies, mega trends, emerging markets and new business models. Responsibilities Domain Expertise – Become a thought leader in the digital content services team, delivering value via strategic research, client engagement, global press, and social media outreach. Intellectual Property and Strategic Evaluation – Develop actionable market intelligence and reports based on primary and secondary research on the technologies and services that the digital content services industry sells. Business Development – Maintain relationships with global digital content services players; participate in briefings and conduct business needs analysis for Frost & Sullivan clients. Consulting Engagement – Contribute to industrial technologies consulting projects; demonstrate specialist knowledge and apply defined research methods in a team environment. Required Competencies Essential A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in business marketing, market research, economics, journalism, or technology. 2-3 years of experience in the related industry is preferable At least 3 years of analyst/consulting experience within a Consulting and/or Advisory services environment Ability to research and write a coherent story in proper English Foundational understanding of consulting/research methodologies and business modelling Foundational understanding of the digital content services industry Desire, curiosity, and enthusiasm to build expertise in the digital content services domain Ability to network to create new vendor relationships and to proactively manage ongoing relationships Enthusiasm for supporting business development initiatives Analytical thinking with strong written and verbal English skills Willingness to learn public presentation skills Confidence to present work to peers or clients and defend analysis calmly Team player Desirable A foundational understanding of key issues in one or more areas: Content Authoring & Creative Tools Content Management, Orchestration & Experience Platforms Distribution Infrastructure & Delivery Networks Consumer Content Services (Streaming & Interactive) Marketing & Advertising Technology Immersive & Next-Frontier Ecosystems Enterprise Productivity, Collaboration & Workplace Solutions What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan?
