Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the founder and leadership team of a fast-growing digital marketing organization. In this role, you will act as a central hub for internal operations—keeping processes organized, managing priorities, supporting hiring efforts, assisting Account and Project Managers, and ensuring all critical tasks stay on track. This is a high-trust position with significant responsibility and clear opportunities to grow into a more strategic operations or executive support role. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for leadership. Track tasks in ClickUp and ensure timely completion. Maintain organized documentation, SOPs, and internal files. Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews. Assist with candidate outreach and pipeline management. Support Account and Project Managers with follow-ups and internal processes. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and operational support. Upload content and assist with webinar coordination. Support CRM follow-up and preparation of marketing materials. Perform research, file management, and occasional tool implementation. Requirements Fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently. Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Loom, Canva, and Zoom. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Interest in a long-term, full-time role. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting digital agencies or healthcare-related businesses. Background in operations, recruiting, or administrative support.
