We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer for US Macro Markets & Sales. Responsibilities will include drafting, discussing and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation) and will assist the front office on structuring foreign exchange and derivatives transactions and on regulatory requirements relating to derivatives. You will join a successful, well established team of professionals, and will be provided with extensive training upon joining followed by continued on the job support when needed. This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate directly with other areas of JPMorgan outside of the legal department, including, Sales, Traders, Compliance, Risk and Technology, among others. Qualifications 5+ years’ of post-law school practice experience with a major law firm or in-house at a major financial institution. Prior experience with securities financing and/or drafting and negotiating agreements is helpful, but not Prior experience with derivatives preferred Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail Polished verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with various internal partners outside of the legal department, as well as counterparties. Ability to manage projects and work independently Team player, confident and proactive. Willingness to learn. Comfortable asking for guidance. Law degree.
