Buscamos a un profesional en remoto apasionado y responsable con espíritu emprendedor, habilidades de aprendizaje rápidas y voluntad de desarrollar nuevas habilidades. Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing de influencers en plataformas clave (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Liderar la búsqueda, investigación y selección de influencers alineados con los objetivos y valores de la marca: analizar audiencias, afinidad con el producto y credibilidad Negociar y gestionar colaboraciones, contratos y presupuestos con creadores de contenido Coordinar campañas de principio a fin, garantizando entregables de calidad, coherencia con la marca y cumplimiento de plazos Desarrollar y liderar el análisis de datos de las campañas: establecer KPIs claros, medir alcance, engagement, clics, conversiones y ROI Convertir los datos en insights estratégicos: identificar tendencias clave y proponer mejoras basadas en datos para optimizar campañas Mantener relaciones sólidas y sostenibles con la red de influencers, cultivando colaboraciones a largo plazo Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing, social media y contenidos para garantizar un enfoque integrado y orientado a resultados Requisitos Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en gestión de campañas con influencers, preferentemente en sectores afines a nuestra marca (alimentación, FMGC, productos de limpieza, etc.). Experiencia directa negociando y coordinando colaboraciones con creadores en Instagram, TikTok, YouTube y otras plataformas relevantes Formación universitaria en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas o campos afines.
