Role Overview As an Automation QA Engineer , you’ll ensure that every release is reliable, scalable, and user-friendly. This role suits someone who thrives on analytical problem-solving, creative thinking, and testing products from a real user’s perspective. You’ll design and run automation frameworks, apply AI tools for testing, and work cross-functionally to maintain product excellence. Core Responsibilities: 1. Automation Development (50%) Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Tosca, or Katalon Conduct end-to-end testing across web, database, and API layers 2. AI-Driven Testing & Optimization (20%) Use AI tools to optimize QA processes and speed up testing cycles Apply user-centric testing approaches to identify real-world edge cases and usability gaps 3. Collaboration & Quality Improvement (20%) Collaborate with developers to debug issues, verify fixes, and improve release quality Suggest process improvements and contribute to a culture of product reliability and excellence 4.
