Acumatica Accounting Specialist We are looking for an all-around Acumatica Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This role is perfect for a highly skilled accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and has extensive expertise in Acumatica ERP. You will handle a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations. Work Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST Compensation: 12$ - 13$ usd an hour Type of Contract: Contractor - you will be in charge of paying your taxes Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations. Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee inventory accounting, cost management, and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Optimize accounting processes using Acumatica, leveraging its full capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing/retail industry experience preferred. Expert knowledge of Acumatica ERP; Acumatica certification is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
