Estamos buscando un/a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer con fuerte base en datos e inteligencia artificial , que disfrute programar, crear modelos y llevar soluciones reales a producción. Buscamos perfiles que se sientan cómodos trabajando con datos de punta a punta desde bases de datos y pipelines, hasta modelos de machine learning e IA aplicada directamente al producto . El rol tiene impacto directo en el desarrollo de funcionalidades inteligentes, automatizaciones y mejoras continuas dentro de la plataforma. Qué vas a hacer Diseñar y desarrollar modelos de machine learning (estadísticos, árboles, regresión, etc.). Implementar soluciones de IA aplicada al producto. Trabajar con RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) y flujos con LLMs. Modelar, consultar y optimizar bases de datos. Construir y mantener pipelines de datos. Colaborar con equipos de producto y backend para llevar modelos a producción. Analizar datos para mejorar decisiones de pricing, demanda y performance. Requisitos Muy buen manejo de programación. Base sólida en machine learning y estadística. Experiencia con R u otros lenguajes estadísticos (valorado). Buen entendimiento de bases de datos SQL y/o NoSQL. Experiencia trabajando con datos reales y voluminosos, más allá de notebooks. Interés genuino por la IA aplicada, con foco en soluciones concretas. Capacidad para pensar en escalabilidad y uso real en producto. Perfil práctico, orientado a resultados. Orientado a perfiles Junior / Semi Senior. Plus (no excluyente). Experiencia con LLMs, embeddings y vector databases. Experiencia en productos digitales o plataformas tecnológicas. Conocimientos de cloud, APIs o microservicios.
