Your impact This position is responsible for managing the service area and supporting technical issues in Center and North region of Argentina. The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treated internally into the factory. On the other hand, this person is responsible for taking the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers. Your Experience and Qualifications Support or answer Technical issues reported by tech connect Lead workshops for new products and for internal process. Permanent coaching to dealers Visit Customers as a courtesy or for technical problems Know how to support using EDT (Electronic diagnostic tool) Know technically how to fix AGCO portfolio, and for some times is necessary to know how to operate as well Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics or similar Background in agriculture or industry Your place of work South of Buenos Aires (Bahía Blanca, Tres Arroyos, Trenque Lauquen, Mar del Plata, Necochea).
