In onze fabriek in Oldenzaal maken we precisieklepjes voor uiteenlopende toepassingen, zoals medische apparatuur, auto-industrie en diverse apparaten. Dan verwelkomen wij jou graag als New Product Development Engineer binnen ons gedreven New Product Engineering team In deze rol werk je aan de frontlinie van innovatie. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe producten die perfect aansluiten bij de visie en strategie van onze onderneming. Je bent vanaf de eerste schets betrokken en begeleidt projecten tot en met de overdracht aan productie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Application Engineering, Sales en Manufacturing. Jouw werk resulteert in producten die technische excellentie combineren met commerciële meerwaarde. Je zorgt dat specificaties kloppen, documentatie op orde is en klanten tijdig de juiste informatie en prototypes ontvangen. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik en analytische vermogen anticipeer je op kansen én mogelijke risico’s. Als New Product Development Engineer: blijf je continu op de hoogte van nieuwe technologieën, marktbehoeften en relevante ontwikkelingen ontwikkel je geïntegreerde, toekomstbestendige producten die voldoen aan strenge eisen draag je actief bij aan een krachtig, onderscheidend productportfolio begeleid je projecten professioneel van concept tot realisatie zorg je voor een vloeiende overdracht van tooling en matrijzen naar onze productieafdeling benut je middelen efficiënt en kom je met oplossingen voordat problemen ontstaan Wie ben jij? Je bent een gedreven Engineer die techniek ziet als een middel om te verbeteren en te vernieuwen. Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder en voelt je thuis in een team dat samen het verschil wil maken. Daarnaast heb je: een HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde; sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; een analytische en resultaatgerichte mindset; teamspirit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Wat bieden wij jou?
