Day in the Life The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist audits, strategizes, creates content, and sets up broadcast and automation email and SMS campaigns for current and potential customers. This cross‑functional role works closely with creative, content, web, and other departments to innovate strategy and optimize success metrics. Responsibilities Define and drive email and SMS strategy for PDM clients. Manage daily email marketing operations, including marketing calendar, strategy, content creation, deployment, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting. Build and manage automated email marketing programs, ensuring end‑to‑end tracking and proper measurement. Collaborate with the creative team to uphold brand guidelines. Deliver monthly performance reports and recommendations for lifecycle programs. Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program. Partner cross‑functionally with all internal digital channels. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Role Requirements 2–5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end‑to‑end campaign management. Strong analytical skills and strategic copywriting, with A/B testing experience and data‑driven decision making. Hands‑on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar. SMS experience (preferred). Expertise in email best practices: segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding. Strong communication, rapport building, and presentation skills, and ability to navigate difficult conversations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manage 5–7 enterprise or growth accounts. Maintain client churn rate below 10 %. Hit defined EBITDA goal. Most Important Things (MITs) Strategic management of email and SMS campaigns, innovating and optimizing to maximize performance. Professional communication – present clearly, concisely, and solve problems. Adoption of Power Digital's processes, product innovations, and tools.
