If you are ready to make a difference and drive ethical standards, read on and apply today Your new role As a Business Ethics and Compliance Manager, you will: · Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies. · Develop and implement the Affiliate Compliance Programme, including training, risk assessments, monitoring, and audit readiness. · Drive training sessions and awareness initiatives to promote compliance and ethical standards across the organisation. · Assess compliance risks and manage action plans to mitigate these risks effectively. · Monitor compliance activities and ensure audit readiness through health checks and spot checks. · Support incident reporting and internal investigations, ensuring timely resolution and promoting a culture of transparency and trust.
