Technical Leader - Latin America - Remote Azumo is looking for a highly motivated Technical Leader to develop and enhance high‑performing and scalable software solutions in Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript and other technologies. This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a growing team of engineering minds in software development, data, and AI. You will enjoy the role if you love designing and developing scalable, high‑performance software solutions using modern cloud‑based technologies. Responsibilities Define architecture, deliverables and timelines Lead your team through the scrum process to deliver valuable solutions Create end goals for your team Delegate work and assignments to team members Collaborate with your team to identify and fix technical problems Supervise system modifications Conduct security audits to identify areas of improvement Liaise with team members, management and clients to ensure projects meet standards Write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders Hire and train technical personnel Requirements BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience developing in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or data technologies 7+ years of experience leading development teams Solid English level Deep expertise with Linux and hosted cloud environments (Heroku, AWS, App Engine, or others) Practical experience with open‑source technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases Experience integrating solutions with third‑party APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON) Self‑driven, motivated, strong work ethic and passion for problem‑solving Strong experience with backend development, data systems or scalable software architecture Benefits Paid time off (PTO) U.S. holidays Training Udemy free premium access Mentored career development Free English courses Profit sharing U.S. remuneration Additional Information Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Azumo by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
