The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead end‑to‑end design for complex, high‑stakes products at the intersection of Web3, financial infrastructure, and user trust. In this role, you’ll independently own large problem spaces — from defining the right problems to shipping high‑quality, production‑ready solutions. You’ll act as a thought partner toους product, engineering, and founders, using design thinking and first‑principles reasoning to shape product direction. This role is ideal for someone who wants both hands‑on craft and strategic impact in a fast‑moving Web3 environment.
