Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and big data platforms, with proven experience in end-to-end development of ML solutions. Additionally, this role requires hands‑on knowledge in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable the creation of Gen‑IA solutions that support business needs. Requirements Deep understanding of handling and analyzing large volumes of data. Advanced technical skills in creating machine learning models using Databricks, particularly classification problems. Comprehensive knowledge of the ML lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation. Ability to solve problems using appropriate statistical methods to meet various business needs. Strong analytic skills working with structured and unstructured datasets. Understanding of Machine Learning Processes. Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve production models. Good visualization skills to present data output and readouts to leadership and partner teams. Knowledge of LDM source‑to‑target mapping and data modeling practices. Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs, creating agents or developing RAGs. Strong communication skills to present technical results to non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud environments (such as Azure) is a plus. Responsibilities Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preparation. Design, develop, validate, evaluate, and tune machine learning models (focus on classification). Manage the full ML lifecycle, from conceptualization to production deployment. Continuously improve production ML models and ensure scalability. Apply statistical methods to address business needs and deliver actionable insights. Create clear data visualizations and reports for leadership and partner teams. Integrate and extend custom LLMs to enhance data workflows, knowledge retrieval, and automation.
