We're seeking a hands‑on technical leader who can effectively guide a team while maintaining active involvement in development. The ideal candidate will drive technical decisions and architecture while contributing directly to coding efforts when needed. Value a feedback culture that fosters personal and professional growth. Requirements Have professional engineering experience — at least 5 years building digital products, and at least year leading a team. Have professional engineering experience with backend frameworks such as .NET and Node. Have professional engineering experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular and VueJS. Have professional broad experience with DevOps. Have managed a team of software engineers building digital products, and been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal‑setting, coaching and feedback. Have familiarity with agile techniques for managing work, pairing, mobbing, and shift‑left testing.Have owned the delivery of a complete digital product, with code that is durable, secure, scalable and thoroughly tested. Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience and development tasks. Fluent English — including written, verbal, and presentation.
