Serás el experto que participe activamente en la construcción de interfaces robustas, escalables y centradas en el usuario. Requirements RESPONSABILIDADES Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones frontend utilizando React como tecnología principal. Construir interfaces de usuario reutilizables, eficientes y bien estructuradas siguiendo buenas prácticas de desarrollo. Colaborar estrechamente con backend engineers, product managers y diseñadores UX/UI para entregar funcionalidades de alta calidad. Integrar aplicaciones frontend con servicios backend y APIs REST, principalmente desarrolladas en Java y Spring Boot. Implementar pruebas unitarias y de integración para asegurar calidad y estabilidad del código frontend. Participar en revisiones de código y contribuir a estándares técnicos y mejores prácticas del equipo. Colaborar en la mejora y mantenimiento de pipelines de CI/CD para despliegues seguros y eficientes. Identificar, depurar y resolver problemas relacionados con la experiencia de usuario y el rendimiento de las aplicaciones. Asegurar que las aplicaciones sean accesibles, seguras, mantenibles y con buen desempeño. REQUISITOS 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con enfoque principal en frontend. Sólida experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones con React. Buen conocimiento de JavaScript moderno, HTML y CSS. Experiencia consumiendo APIs REST y colaborando con equipos backend, idealmente con servicios en Java. Conocimiento en pruebas unitarias frontend, como Jest, React Testing Library o similares. Experiencia con herramientas de CI/CD como Jenkins o GitHub Actions. Manejo de Git y flujos modernos de control de versiones. Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y atención al detalle. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Inglés avanzado. DESEABLE Experiencia con TypeScript. Conocimiento de Docker y aplicaciones containerizadas. Exposición a Kubernetes u otras herramientas de orquestación. Experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud como AWS. Familiaridad con metodologías Agile o Scrum. Conocimientos básicos de Java y Spring Boot para comprensión e integración con servicios backend. Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de seguridad en aplicaciones web. Benefits
