Production Management Specialist

Role Summary Location: AR-Buenos Aires Remote Options: 100% remote Research/analyze assets availabilities in multiple locations (internal and external storages) and identify what assets need to be requested using an internal order system Send asset requests to distributors/content suppliers to track the availabilities and deliveries Identify what additional requirements are and communicate back to distributors/clients Build a strong business relationship with distributors and internal stakeholders Provide management and oversight of client titles throughout its full lifecycle from order receipt thru delivery Collaborate across functional teams (internal and external), to source, manage, troubleshoot, process and deliver to meet the on-time delivery timeline Act as an escalation point for all issues related to production management and a primary contact for other Anuvu locations Monitor client work-in-progress and back-logs to anticipate capacity constraints Advise leadership of customer issues and identify opportunities for increased service Deliver continuous improvement efficiencies.
