Core Values Innovation Dedication Fanatical commitment to quality and service Resourcefulness Collaboration Job Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating financial and/or securities translation projects and ensuring they are completed within specified timelines while maintaining high‑quality standards. It is a position that requires excellent organizational skills and high‑level customer care. Duties and Responsibilities Supporting and assisting with the entire project cycle, including project setup, coordination with the client, matching and coordination of translators and other linguists and graphic design through to delivery. Coordinating and tracking project pricing, profit margins and budgets. Responding to and providing solutions for client queries and requests before, during and after completion of projects (in coordination with the project manager). Improving customer service, efficiency and relationships with resources. Continual product improvement through the management of client translation memories, glossaries and/or guidelines, and monitoring linguistic team performance to ensure quality and consistency. Coordination with our Translations AI development team to help our technical developments in the field of translations AI. Qualifications Experience 1–2 years of experience in the translation industry is an asset. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications. Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Great attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a deadline‑driven environment. Strong sense of personal responsibility for projects and responsibilities. Tech‑savvy (passionate about technology and implementing it in the translation world). Language Requirements Proficient in English. French is an asset.
