What You’ll Do The PMO Lead supervises the implementation of processes and ensures that information reaches sponsors and vice versa. Deeply involved in improving consistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity. Lead practices with a focus on customer satisfaction and expectations. Ensure operations are managed, supervising the interface of projects in collaboration with Project Managers, equipment, technologies, and interfaces. Requirements Extensive knowledge in program management, portfolios, and systems development methodology. Ability to lead a geographically distributed team. Experience developing and deploying initiatives by influence. Bachelor or Master’s degree. Experience developing and delivering presentations, trainings, and demonstrations. 10–15 years in IT and related companies. 3–5 years as a Project Manager. 3–5 years in leadership roles.
