We are looking for an experienced recruiter to drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes and stakeholder management across LATAM. This role will work full‑time on a fixed‑term contract/contractor basis for at least 6 months. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes. Act as a true business partner by engaging closely with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies that align with global business goals. Conduct in‑depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing data‑driven insights for informed decision‑making. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps. Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent. Utilize collaborative, data‑informed insights to enhance talent strategies, evaluate success metrics, and optimise performance. Promote an excellent candidate experience. Skills And Experience Required 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, managing the end‑to‑end process. Hands‑on mentality. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes, showing high accountability. An outgoing and positive attitude. Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to engage high‑level stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures. Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long‑term talent planning as well as day‑to‑day operational excellence.
