Senior Delivery Manager – Cloud .NET Modernization SourceFuse is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team for our cloud based .NET modernization practice. Work Experience: 6+ years Industry: IT Services Job Type: FULL TIME City: Remote in Latin America Native Level English The incumbent shall be responsible for reviewing the client's needs, planning and coordinating delivery activities, building a positive and productive work relationship with customers, managing the delivery team and timelines of various ongoing projects, and serving as the single point of contact for all customer queries and concerns. Manage delivery engagements end-to-end with high visibility and high business impact projects. Oversee the development, technical aspects of delivery, sourcing of people, methodologies, and processes of setups. Monitor key performance indicators for projects. Lead planning, estimation, and method of controlling project cost. Plan and implement strategies to solve significant escalations and mitigate critical risks. Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance of deliverables. Identify problems and actionable tasks for quick resolution and implement corrective actions. Ensure SOW deliverables are delivered as per expected quality, schedule, and budget. Maintain customer satisfaction, negotiate challenging schedules, and respond proactively to priorities. Work with CTO and COO to refine best practices at every stage of the software life cycle. Select and set up project management tools and techniques, conduct planning, grooming, estimation, tracking, reporting, and monitoring. Collaborate with Pre-Sales team to prepare proposals, bids, SOWs, and contracts. Delegate tasks, encourage commitment, mentor team members, and manage resource appraisal. Identify improvement opportunities and track them to closure. Education and Certifications Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology. Project Management certification or equivalent experience. Personal Characteristics Strong portfolio and excellent attitude. Self-confident to work in a team and handle responsibilities individually. Good listener with strong articulation and communication skills. Ability to work across organizational boundaries, different cultures, and time zones in a virtual environment. Delivery-oriented and able to work under strict deadlines.
