Sr Associate, Planning – dentsu Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Brand: Iprospect Full‑time, Permanent Job Description свя The Planning Sr. Associate supports the media planning team across multiple projects. Responsibilities include managing client media plans, preparing presentations, analyzing data, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with overarching strategy. This role focuses on multi‑channel media campaigns and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities Support the Planning team in all phases of the media strategy process. Prepare proposals based on briefs, focusing on campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines. Create media objectives and strategies for clients. Analyze audience reports, reach and frequency reports, and other data collections for business reviews. Prepare competitive analysis reports with graphs and insights for digital media, offline media, and social channels. Develop proposal presentations and flowcharts; make necessary adjustments according to client requests. urgence adjust media plan details as needed. Maintain and update timelines to meet required dates. Evaluate media partner proposals, provide insights and develop points贴吧 of view to make recommendations to clients. Assist the planning team in creating strategy and planning presentations. Analyze campaign performance and generate learnings. Complete media authorization forms, send them to vendors and clients, and follow up for approval. Participate in campaign implementation alongside activation teams (flowcharts, budgets, traffic sheets, taxonomy, tracking codes, etc.). Receive and manage creative assets, perform QA, and maintain creative specifications. Lead the aggregation of proof‑of‑purchase materials (post‑launch screenshots). Manage the traffic FOR process and prepare traffic sheets. Provide templates for recommendations and reports to other teams (search, social, programmatic). Supervise other teams during campaign creation and respond to questions/issues. Monitor budget pacing and flights through campaign flowcharts; identify deviations and recommend improvements. Oversee the billing process with internal teams and media vendors; reconcile invoices and verify billable amounts. Keep all data updated in the systems. Participate in weekly virtual networking meetings with the Argentina offshore team. Attend peer‑to‑peer engagement activities at Buenos Aires offices (where applicable). Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience in media planning or a related field. \ rowspan=2 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics (preferred). Prior internships or work experience in a professional setting. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
