Graphic/Visual Designer (Adobe Illustrator) ZIVA is hiring a detail‑oriented and creative Graphic / Visual Designer to support one of our clients, a sign shop, with back‑office design and production preparation tasks. This is a non‑customer‑facing role focused exclusively on preparing visual materials for production. In addition to client work, the role may occasionally support small personal or internal design projects for the company’s CEO or owners, as needed. These projects are typically straightforward and aligned with the designer’s core skill set. If you are based in LATAM, fluent in English, and skilled in Adobe Illustrator, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Create and prepare sign mockups and visual proofs for internal approval. Design and lay out signage (vinyl graphics, banners, dimensional letters, etc.) following brand guidelines. Prepare quote mockups by combining layouts, sizes, and materials into clear presentations. Organize and label design files to ensure production accuracy. Revise artwork and layouts based on feedback. Collaborate virtually with the client’s in‑house team to confirm designs are production‑ready. Provide occasional design support for internal or personal projects requested by the CEO or company owners, when required. Requirements Must be located in LATAM . Fluent English (written and spoken). Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory) – experience with vector artwork, outlines, dimensions. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specifications. Strong understanding of layout, spacing, proportion, and visual hierarchy . Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once. Reliable internet connection and timely communication. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience preparing artwork for print, signage, or physical production . Familiarity with sign industry standards (bleeds, cut paths, large‑format considerations).
