More at The Semi-Senior Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for the Lazo Platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while working with modern technologies and contributing to innovative product development. This position will report to the Senior Developer or Technical Lead. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Java. Build user interface components using React. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Follow established coding standards and best practices. Implement new features based on product requirements. Maintain and enhance existing functionality. Participate in debugging and troubleshooting activities. Contribute to code reviews and learn from feedback. Work closely with senior developers to understand technical requirements. Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-facing features. Participate in team meetings and agile development processes. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and practices. Write unit tests for developed features. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes. Help identify and resolve technical issues. Follow software development lifecycle processes. Requirements Experience 4+ years of professional experience in Java development. 1+ years of experience with React for frontend development. Experience with software development tools and version control systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills Strong proficiency in Java and core programming concepts. Good understanding of React and JavaScript fundamentals. Basic knowledge of database operations and SQL. Understanding of web development principles. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and willingness to learn. Education Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Relevant technical courses or certifications are a plus. English Advanced. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Python development. Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks. Experience with agile development methodologies. Interest in learning new technologies and growing technical skills. Adaptable and eager to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment. Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
